Lance was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 1981 and was a director in what became Wood Ruck Manukau for 24 years. In 2010 on the dissolution of Wood Ruck Manukau, he joined Beattie Rickman Legal and has now established Wiltshire Stone Lawyers Ltd to meet the legal needs of the eastern and southern suburbs of Auckland.
Lance’s experience and expertise is in the areas of Property and Commercial law, Trusts, Succession Planning and Wills and Estates.
Lance’s aim is to find practical economic solutions that meet the needs of his clients and to help them achieve their desired outcomes with certainty and satisfaction.
Lance has always had a keen interest in sport having played and coached both cricket and hockey until recently and been involved in the administration of various clubs. He can be found at weekends pruning kiwifruit and avocados and playing with tractors and chainsaws.
Brian was in practice as the principal of Copeland Fitzpatrick & Co until 2011. He has special interest in family law and trusts, in particular adoptions and Maori Land, and Succession Planning and Trusts and Estates.
He served on many Law Society committees and his contribution to the profession was recently acknowledged by the Auckland District Law Society Inc.
Brian and his wife Sue are still very active trampers and conservationists and can often be found in wilderness areas or helping with pest eradication projects around the country.
Catherine began working for Wood Ruck Manukau in 1998. She became a qualified legal executive and has practiced in the areas of Property law, especially subdivisions, Succession Planning and Estate Administration. She works closely with Brian Fitzpatrick and any Copeland Fitzpatrick & Co clients should contact her in the first instance.
She is now very experienced and prides herself on delivering for her clients prompt and accurate results and ensures they are kept fully informed during the process.
Catherine has a very busy life with a young family and is found most weekends on the side of a soccer field.
Sharon has worked with Lance Wiltshire at Wood Ruck since she shifted to New Zealand from Australia. She has developed an expertise in Property law and estate administration over the years and has been the first contact for many people during their property sales and purchases.She is quick to develop a rapport with clients and she is determined to make sure that what can be a stressful time is as pleasant and positive experience as possible.
Sharon too has a growing family and soccer fills her weekends also.
